Earning Standard Base Miles

Eligible to Earn Miles:

  • Book "Best Available Rate" on the Atlantis Website, or through Atlantis Reservations Office directly

Not Eligible to Earn Miles:

  • Reservations made via a Travel Agent or individual wholesale/ tour operator these packages are not considered eligible. Other non-eligible rates are defined as airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates, group bookings, Conference and Incentives Events, Government, Room Packages with discounted inclusions, Special Discounted stays, Discounted Long stays, Banquets, Club Membership fees, Gift Vouchers, and Atlantis employee rates.   • Food, beverages, telephone calls laundry charges, spa, water park, dolphin interactions and retail spends when charged to room bill
  • Visit visas, paid out charges, authority fees, service charges, medical fees, conference and banqueting functions

Earning Skywards Miles Terms and Conditions

  • A member staying at Atlantis will receive 1 Skywards Mile for each $1US spent on accommodation only. 
  • Skywards Miles cannot be earned on incidentals charged to the hotel room bill.
  • Skywards Miles can be earned by the member on additional rooms booked if (i) the member is staying at Atlantis at the same time; and (ii) all rooms are reserved and registered in the member’s name; and (iii) the member pays for all rooms. Benefits for Emirates Skywards members are applicable to the guest room accommodating the member only.
  • Skywards Miles are earned on the net amount excluding authority fees, applicable service charges, tourism fees and after any discount has been applied to the bill.
  • Members must present a valid Emirates Skywards card at the time of check-in to earn Skywards Miles.
  • Skywards Miles will be credited to the member’s account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay.
  • Receipts should be retained as proof of spend until Skywards Miles appear on the member’s statement. Receipts must be presented for a retroactive claim.
  • If the member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Skywards Miles awarded or, a retroactive claim, the member must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to the Emirates Skywards office, with a copy of the bill, if available, for which the member did not receive the correct number of Skywards Miles.
  • Emirates Skywards members may not earn Miles or points with any other frequent flyer or loyalty scheme for the same stay. Skywards Miles may not be combined with or transferred to any other loyalty scheme.
  • Skywards Miles calculations are made from AED (Arab Emirate Dirham) into USD (United States Dollar) at the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Should an Emirates Skywards member avail of a benefit which is not included in their membership tier privileges, charges shall be applied to the guest bill for settlement.
  • Skywards Skysurfers may not avail of benefits or discounts. Emirates Skywards Family Card Holders may avail of Skywards Blue Tier benefits and discounts.
  • Atlantis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure at any time, with no advance notice.

Day Visitation Terms and Conditions

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount
  • Offers are subject to availability
  • Discounts must be claimed at the time of purchase by presenting a valid Emirates Skywards membership card
  • Retroactive discounts cannot be claimed
  • Discounts are available to the Emirates Skywards members named on the card only, unless otherwise specified.
  • All discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

Restaurant Terms and Conditions

  • Discount is applied to the total bill and will be deducted before final payment is made at the restaurant
  • Member must state upon entering the restaurant and/or making a reservation that they are an Emirates Skywards member
  • Discount must be applied to the bill at the time of dining. For those Emirates Skywards members staying at Atlantis, discount should be availed of at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied from a guest’s main hotel bill.
  • This amenity is valid for a maximum of 6 people when the member is present
  • One discount will apply per party and may only be availed of when the bill is settled with one check. Where multiple checks are requested, the discount will only be applied to the card holder’s meal
  • This benefit is valid for all meal periods, except in instances of special occasion dining, brunches, Sandance and promotional events in which case regular Emirates Skywards benefits are not recognized (these dates include, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Iftar, Eid and Valentines Day)
  • Emirates Skywards membership card must be shown at time of bill payment
  • Advance reservation is recommended

Spa Terms and Conditions

  • Discount will apply at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
