Finding meat that matched the high standards of Seafire's chefs, as well as the expectations of steak aficionados proved an intensive task. Seafire and Atlantis approached the Rangers Valley with the goal of producing a special breed of cattle, Black Onyx, exclusively for the hotel.
Smart Casual dress code is recommended for your comfort. Minimum of tailored shorts, shirts with sleeves, closed shoes or sandals. Flip flops are not allowed. UAE national dress is welcomed.
