The wood-fired oven takes centre stage at Ronda Locatelli and will undoubtedly entice you with the aromas of fresh bread, handmade pizza and al forno dishes as soon as you walk through the door.

Giorgio Locatelli was raised in the Italian village of Corgeno on the banks of Lake Maggiore. There, in his family's Michelin-starred restaurant, he developed a true passion for fine dining and traditional Italian cuisine. From those humble beginnings he has built a well-deserved international reputation as one of the world’s greatest chefs, as well as a whole host of awards including most recently the ‘Birra Moretti Best Authentic Italian Restaurant Award’ for Middle East and Africa.
