One-to-One Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 Personal Trainers design workouts around your personal goals. They can help intensify your workout to build cardiovascular fitness, maximize your calorie expenditure and bring you to a new level of physical conditioning through resistance training. Most importantly, they go beyond planning an exercise and maximize your workout to help you reach your full potential in a fun and safe manner.

Boot Camp Classes

Duration: 45 mins & assisted stretch

Our specialised Boot Camp involves body-weight exercises, high repetitions and relatively short recoveries, including sit-ups, press-ups, squats, crunches, and more... Taking your body to its limit to ensure you not only have fun but burn calories.

Minimum of 2 persons and maximum 4 persons.

Power Plate Session

Duration: 30 mins

Power Plate uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second, enhancing overall performance.
