To ensure an unrivalled taste experience for our guests, our culinary team approached the Australian Agricultural Company with the goal of producing a special breed of cattle exclusive to Atlantis, The Palm.

Through careful breeding of European and Japanese cattle, coupled with the precise science of feeding, Atlantis Cattle are now being raised on the lush pastures of the Australian Agricultural Company’s outback Stations in Queensland.
The cattle are fed exclusively a mix of hay, barley, corn and essential seeds, ensuring the even spread of fat through the tissue and therefore perfecting the marbling of the beef. Well-marbled beef is highly sought after due to the exquisite flavour of the meat. We are very proud of our Atlantis Beef.
Pureland Black Angus Beef
Seafire showcases Pureland Black Angus, the premium beef of the United States. The USDA Grading Service verifies and guarantees that all cuts of beef meet or exceed specifications for marbling, yield grade and Angus breed selection. Every cut is balanced with ideal marbling and naturally aged to perfection enhancing the flavour and texture. Prepared to order off the grill, pick your cut, size and be your own judge!
