Terms and Conditions

  • Rate is exclusive of 10% service fee and 10% authority fee.
  • For currency conversion, rate based on AED 1,595 UAE Dirhams. Currency fluctuations may occur.
  • **Rate based on of 2 adults and 2 children less than 16 years sharing the same room.
  • Booking dates: 1 May – 27 September 2013 inclusive.
  • Stay dates: 1 June – 27 September 2013 inclusive.
  • Blackout dates: Will apply (August Eid 2013).
  • A valid Visa card must be used to book and pay for the stay.
  • A Visa cardholder must stay as a guest to take up this offer.
  • Room and breakfast supplement will apply for children over 16 years. Children over 16 years old are charged triple occupancy at AED 280.
  • Breakfast is for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16 years and is valid for Kaleidoscope or Saffron. Breakfast for children aged 16 years and above are charged at AED 155.
  • Breakfast not valid for in-room dining.
  • Dinner voucher capped at AED 800 including food and beverage and is available once per day at Rostang, Ronda Locatelli or Levantine. Any amount above must be settled by the customer. Any balance above AED 800 cannot be transferred to next day's dinner voucher if booking is for more than 1 night.
  • Spa treatment offer is valid once per stay and includes a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage at the standard rate of AED 360.
  • Rooms, special rates and special requests are all subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash can and only be used during the guest stay.
