Earning Skywards Miles terms and conditions

• The number of Skywards Miles awarded is based upon the room type booked and paid for, even if a different room type is provided.
• A Member staying at Atlantis will receive 1 Skywards Mile for each $1US spent. Skywards Members who have not paid the eligible rate will not earn Miles on the room tariff, however, will still earn Miles (1 Skywards Mile per $1US spent) on eligible incidentals charged to the hotel bill.
• Skywards Miles can be earned by the Member on additional rooms booked if (i) the Member is staying at Atlantis at the same time; and (ii) all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member’s name; and (iii) the Member pays for all rooms. Benefits for Skywards Members are applicable to the guest room accommodating the Member only.
• Skywards Miles are earned on the net amount excluding authority fees and applicable service charges and after any discount has been applied to the bill.
• Members must present a valid Skywards Card at the time of check-in to earn Skywards Miles.
• Skywards Miles will be credited to the Member’s Account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay.
• Receipts should be retained as proof of spend until Skywards Miles appear on the Member’s statement. Receipts must be presented for a retroactive claim.
• If the Member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Skywards Miles awarded or, a retroactive claim, the Member must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to the Skywards office, with a copy of the bill, if available, for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Skywards Miles.
• Skywards Members may not earn miles or points with any other frequent flyer or loyalty scheme for the same stay. Skywards Miles may not be combined with or transferred to any other loyalty scheme.
• Skywards Miles are awarded at a rate of 1 point per $1US on all Atlantis Eligible Spend. Calculations are made from AED (Arab Emirate Dirham) into USD (United States Dollar) at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Should a Skywards Member avail of a benefit which is not included in their membership tier privileges, charges shall be applied to the guest bill for settlement.
• Atlantis SkySurfer Cards may not avail of benefits or discounts. Skywards Family Card Holders may avail of Skwards Blue Tier benefits and discounts.
• Atlantis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure at any time, with no advance notice.

Day Visitation terms and conditions

• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount
• Offers are subject to availability
• Emirates Skywards members can avail of discounts throughout Atlantis, The Palm
• Discounts must be claimed at the time of purchase by presenting a valid Skywards membership card
• Retroactive discounts cannot be claimed
• Discounts are available to the Emirates Skywards members named on the card only, unless otherwise specified.
• All discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Restaurant terms and conditions

• Discount is applied to the total bill and will be deducted before final payment is made at the restaurant
• Member must state upon entering the restaurant and/or making a reservation that they are a Skywards member
• Discount must be applied to the bill at the time of dining. For those Emirates Skywards members staying at Atlantis, discount should be availed of at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied from a guest’s main hotel bill.
• This amenity is valid for a maximum of 6 people when the member is present
• This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• One discount will apply per party and may only be availed of when the bill is settled with one check. Where multiple checks are requested, the discount will only be applied to the card holder’s meal
• This benefit is valid for all meal periods, except in instances of special occasion dining, and promotional events in which cases regular Skywards benefits are not recognized (these dates include, Easter, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Eid and Valentines Day)
• Skywards membership card must be shown at time of bill payment
• Advance reservation is recommended

Spa terms and conditions

• Discount will apply at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Customer must book 24 hours prior the treatment by calling +971 4 426 1020
• Skywards membership card must be shown at time of bill payment

Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium terms and conditions

• Discount is available of for tickets purchased at The Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers Ticketing Plaza
• Member must present their Skywards membership card upon entry
• Member must accompany guests to qualify for the discount
• Benefit is available to a maximum of 6 people including the Skywards member
• No reservation required for Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium

Back of House Tours and Ray Feeding terms and conditions

• Members must present their Skywards Card upon entry
• Member must accompany guests to qualify for the discount
• Benefit is available to a maximum of 6 people including the Skywards member

Dolphin Bay terms and conditions

• Discount is only valid on Dolphin Encounters (Shallow Water Interaction)
• Member must make 24 hours advance booking prior to visiting Dolphin Bay by calling +971 4 426 1030
• The discount will be applied to the rack rate of AED 795 and AED 680 got in-house guests
• Member must present their Skywards membership card upon purchase
• Member must accompany guests to qualify for the discount
• Benefit is available to a maximum of 6 people including the Skywards member
