Restaurants terms and conditions

• 15% discount on the total bill across all 20 restaurants.
• Discounts are available to the Citibank Cardmembers only, unless otherwise specified.
• All discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Discount is applied to the total bill and will be deducted before final payment is made at the restaurant.
• Cardmembers must state upon entering the restaurant and/or making a reservation that they are a Citibank Cardmembers.
• Discount must be applied to the bill at the time of dining.
• For those Citibank Cardmembers staying at Atlantis, discount should be availed of at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied from a guest’s main hotel bill.
• This amenity is valid for a maximum of 12 people when the Cardmember is present.
• One discount will apply per party and may only be availed of when the bill is settled with one check. Where multiple checks are requested, the discount will only be applied to the Cardmembers' meal.
• This benefit is valid for all meal periods, except in instances of special occasion dining, and promotional events in which cases regular Citibank benefits are not recognized (these dates include, Easter, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Eid and Valentines Day).
• Advance reservation is recommended.
• Offer is subject to payment with any Citibank credit or debit card.

Spa terms and conditions

• 15% discount on all Spa treatments.
• Discounts must be claimed at the time of purchase by presenting a valid Citibank credit or debit card.
• Retroactive discounts cannot be claimed.
• Discounts are available to the Citibank Cardmembers only, unless otherwise specified.
• All discounts and benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Discount will apply at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• 15% discount on Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
• Discounts must be claimed at the time of purchase by presenting a valid Citibank credit or debit card.

• Discounts are available to the Citibank Cardmembers only, unless otherwise specified.

• Discount is available for tickets purchased at the Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers Aquarium Ticketing Plaza only.

Dolphin Bay terms and conditions

• 10% discount at Dolphin Bay.
• Discount is only valid on Dolphin Encounters (Shallow Water Interaction).
• Cardmembers must present their Citibank credit or debit card upon purchase.
• Cardmembers must accompany guests to qualify for the discount.
• Benefit is available to a maximum of 6 people including the Citibank Cardmembers.
• Cardmembers must pay using any Citibank credit or debit card.
• Cardmembers must make 24 hours advance booking prior visiting the Dolphin bay by calling +971 4 426 1030
